Medication & Supplement Review Are you taking multiple medications and supplements and wondering whether they all make sense together? Your prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, minerals, and herbal products should not be considered in isolation. A pharmacist-led review can help identify potential interactions, duplicate ingredients, dosing questions, and other concerns worth discussing with your healthcare provider. What's included: - A 45-minute online consultation - Review of your current prescription medications and over-the-counter products - Review of your supplements, ingredients, and doses - Assessment for potential medication–supplement interactions and duplicate ingredients - Discussion of relevant evidence and questions about your current regimen - A written summary of key findings and questions to discuss with your healthcare provider Who is this for? This service may be a good fit if you take several medications or supplements, have questions about possible interactions, have accumulated products over time, or want help understanding your current regimen. Investment: $147 Available to clients in Kentucky, Indiana, Arizona, and Florida. Important: This review provides pharmacist-led education and consulting. It does not replace care from your prescribing clinician. Do not stop or change prescribed medications based on this review without consulting the clinician managing your treatment. Cancellation Policy
Welcome to MyTraitRx. Booking and Cancellation policy: -I do these reviews one-on-one, and I prepare before we meet- Your list and your results get read in advance, not during the call. That preparation time is why this policy exists. After you book: -You'll get a short assessment to fill out. Please do it within 24 hours. It tells me whether the service you picked is the right one, and I can't hold your time slot without it. Changing your appointment: -You can reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment right from your booking confirmation Less than 48 hours: -If you reschedule or cancel inside 48 hours, there is a $75 fee. That time was set aside and prepared for you. Missed appointments: -If you don't show up, or you are more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, the session is forfeited and there is a $100 rebooking fee. Test Kits: -Once a lab kit has been ordered and shipped to you, the lab fee can't be refunded. The kit is yours to keep. If any of this is a problem, email me before you book. I'd rather sort it out up front
