Already have PGx, DUTCH or nutrigenomic results that nobody explained properly? I'll review them in the context of your symptoms, medications and history- then walk your through what they actually mean for you -This involves a review of a full PGX panel, a comprehensive DUTCH test, or a full nutrigenomic panel. -If you only have 1 or 2 genes that need reviewed- please choose the MTHFR panel or schedule a free consultation so we can determine which service would work for you. -Plain-English interpretation of your results -Review of results and current supplements -How they connect to your specific symptoms -Supplement and lifestyle considerations -Written summary with next steps -Review of medications only available for Kentucky, Florida, Indiana and Arizona Residents
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to MyTraitRx. Booking and Cancellation policy: -I do these reviews one-on-one, and I prepare before we meet- Your list and your results get read in advance, not during the call. That preparation time is why this policy exists. After you book: -You'll get a short assessment to fill out. Please do it within 24 hours. It tells me whether the service you picked is the right one, and I can't hold your time slot without it. Changing your appointment: -You can reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment right from your booking confirmation Less than 48 hours: -If you reschedule or cancel inside 48 hours, there is a $75 fee. That time was set aside and prepared for you. Missed appointments: -If you don't show up, or you are more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, the session is forfeited and there is a $100 rebooking fee. Test Kits: -Once a lab kit has been ordered and shipped to you, the lab fee can't be refunded. The kit is yours to keep. If any of this is a problem, email me before you book. I'd rather sort it out up front
