Cancellation Policy
Free consultations are intended for individuals interested in learning whether MyTraitRx Services are appropriate for their needs. Please arrive on time and be prepared to discuss your goals and the services you are interested in. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. There are no cancellation or no-show fees. However, repeated missed appointments or cancellations may affect your ability to book future free consultations. A free consultation does not establish a pharmacist-patient relationship, provide medical advice, or include interpretation of genetic, laboratory or other health data. Services requiring as assessment or personalized recommendations must be booked separately. By booking a free consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy
